Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect on theinnovaagency.com, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short and we collect as little as possible.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Innovaxion Agency Marketing And Software - FZCO, a company registered in the IFZA free zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licence no. 89050, trading as Innova Agency ("we", "us"). You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +971 50 231 2695 for any question about your data.
2. What we collect
- What you send us through the forms. The booking form (day and time, email, name, a description of your project) and the free AI analysis form (email, website or what your business does). Both forms open WhatsApp with your message already written: nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp. When you do, we also receive your WhatsApp number and profile name.
- Messages you send us directly on WhatsApp or by phone.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, social media pixels or profiling on this website.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your request, arrange the call and send you the analysis you asked for: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- To follow up on your request and keep a record of our conversations: our legitimate interest in running our business (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time.
- To send you news or offers: only if you agree, and you can withdraw consent at any time (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
We process data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR.
4. Who receives it
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), which carries the messages you send us under its own privacy policy.
- Render and its network provider Cloudflare, which host and deliver this website.
- Our own team and, where required by law, our professional advisers or public authorities.
We never sell your data.
5. Transfers outside your country
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and some of our providers operate in the United States and the European Union. When data leaves the European Economic Area or the UK, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Requests and conversations are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what the contract and the law require. Server logs are kept for the short period set by our hosting provider.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. Write to us at +971 50 231 2695. You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the Garante in Italy, the AEPD in Spain, the ICO in the UK, or the UAE Data Office.
8. Cookies
This website does not use cookies. It saves one small value in your browser's session storage so the free analysis offer is not shown to you twice; it is deleted when you close the tab. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server, so no third party is contacted while you browse. Links to WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram and the websites we built open services that have their own privacy and cookie policies.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. This website is not directed to people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
